All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide, and you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Products may be returned or exchanged according to our return policy, which is described on the order confirmation page and on the Care Guide. Custom and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return; eligibility and the return window are noted on each product page where they apply.

All content on this site, including the Bee Cheever, LLC name, the character designs (Honey, Goldie, Nectar, Paulie, Queen Bee), logos, affirmation copy, photography, and code, is owned by Bee Cheever, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.

If you send us reviews, comments, ideas, or other submissions, whether at our request or not, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them without restriction and without any obligation to keep them confidential, pay compensation, or respond. You agree your submissions will not violate any third party's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material, and you are solely responsible for their accuracy.

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by no longer using our site. If you fail, or we suspect you have failed, to comply with any provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

These terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it.
